Blown vinyl and vinyl wallpapers

To manufacture our relief wallpapers we apply a uni-coloured or multi-coloured expanding plastisol onto a non-woven or paper substrate using a screen printing method. This creates a three-dimensional effect, similar to plaster.
Embossed vinyl wallpapers are printed using either gravure or screen printing processes, and then heat embossed to achieve the refined, high-quality optical effect that characterises this product.

More about non-woven wallpapers: Non-woven wallpaper represents a new generation wallpaper. Its great advantage lies in an extremely easy, quick and clean hanging process. Thanks to its outstanding dimensional stability it can be hung using a “paste the wall” technique. Non-woven wallpaper does not require any soaking, and later can be dry-stripped without leaving any residue. The main difference to other wallpapers lies in the substrate: in place of paper, which is customary in conventional relief or vinyl wallpapers, we use a special, high-quality non-woven material. This non-woven material is suitable for all processes.
Our non-woven wallpapers are available as either finished products or as semi-finished goods to be painted over.
